Zhongji Liao

Born in 1972. Nationality: Chinese.

Zhongji, as the General Manager of Wellserv PEC, has more than 24 years working experience in the upstream oil and gas industry. He graduated from Southest Petroleum University majored in Offshore Drilling Engineering. He had worked for companies like Shengli Offshore Cementing Co. and Shengli Offshore Drilling Co. Before starting the company of his own, he was working for Weatherford as senior cementing engineer. Personally Zhongji is an expert of cementing operation.
