Blending Units

The Blending Units offer flow rates from 20bbl/min to 120bbl/min.The BNCS-II Control System is the key to ensure stable performance and reliable operation. This system can implement auto control of discharge density and various chemical additives via screens from the blender or instrument van. Our hydraulic system is a closed loop type. It is preferred for fast response, low-loss of power and simple maintenance.
