Introduction：
Stage Collar
Stage cementing makes it possible to place more than one batch of cement effectively behind the same string of casing at selected depth. The stage collar must be incorporated into the casing string to perform a two-stage cement job. The stage cement collar tool incorporates ports which allow flow between the inside and the outside of the casing. The ports are opened and closed by means of sliding sleeves which are activated by pressure against plugs or "bombs" dropped from surface. We also provide another design available that the stage collar incorporates an inflatable packer element to help support the cement column above it.
